Last year M$ failed to acquire yahoo. And again this year its trying to. I dont know wat r de upto? Do de think, by acquiring yahoo, de can be the no. 1 in the field? Are de planning to beat Google? I dont know but the msnbc itself says that google will remain the King of Search atleast for/in the near future.
Over the next several weeks, we’re sure to hear plenty about M$’s attempt to buy Yahoo. Yahoo released a statement on Friday indicating that its board would indeed evaluate the deal seriously, saying that it would evaluate Microsoft’s and any additional offers closely.(Courtesy:@arstechnica)
Even if de acquire yahoo, de are going to make things worser as de did it for Vista. Atleast for know one can visit yahoo browse it and can use their emailing stuff. I doubt even this wud carry on atleast @ this level once the acquisition is successful for M$. By this acquisition M$ is going to make the same influence on internet as it did on PCs.
